Thank you all so much for your beautiful and considerate submissions. I must apologize for the fact that I am learning about what I want during this process. Obviously, it would have been best had I known BEFORE I started. Here is what I have figured out:

I do not like the brain image for my practice. I view psychology as a combination of science and art. The brain conveys more of a focus on the science side.

I like images that suggest guidance, such as compasses. But not literal drawings of compasses, something more abstract that implies guidance and direction.

Also, McNeley-Phelps is my full last name. Both parts need equal emphasis. The focus on McNeley does not work at all.
