Brief de Design Photoshop

I am looking for a digital designer for the design of our Celebration slide for our Digital Signage solution. I have attached two basic designs (landscape & portrait) of our current celebration slide. We are wanting a completely new look and feel that delivers an inspiring layout. Your goals is to provide a design that will grab peoples attention through design and content placement. Note: the final production of the slide will have animated transitioning effects. What we require from you is the design (in PSD format) for both a Landscape (1920 x 1080) and Portrait (1080 x 1920) oriented screen and a written description of how you see the animation working.If you prefer, you can use your own mock-up content and images.
