Brief de Web Design

I am starting a new business as a freelance copywriter. Trying to set up the website for my business is proving to be too technical for me. I would like a simple, clean website using primarily black and white. I have attached the logo I would like used. I would like the menu icons to be Home, Services, Portfolio, Blog, Contact. I would like my mobile phone number (0407 197 642) and email address (holly.latham.copywriter@gmail.com) used in the header of the site. I need the site to be easily manageable and inter-changeable for me to be able to move things around and add images, etc with ease.

I would like the home page to be a static page with space for an image of myself somewhere (I haven't had this taken as yet), an area to put a bit about myself and my business, and also somewhere to include social media icons/links. Again, I would like the whole website and home page to be easily managed so that I can add/delete things with ease.

I would like the image of the typewriter used in the website somewhere also please.
