Brief de Design de Flyer

I need an A5 Leaflet designed to launch the new service we are offering.
Currently we operate a traditional estate agency based in the uk that covers sales and letting of property.

The working name for the new service is 'Cowling e@sy'

We are starting a new offering that will be an online offering for the local area. Similar to 'Purplebricks' but with an actual local face and office.
I need the leaflet to promote this.
The leaflet must be modern, informative and in our corporate colours. I have attached some logos and previous leaflets that we have had to show colours etc.
The main points to detail on the leaflet will be that
we offer an Online Service
Its a lower price
We still offer the local office/face.
Professional Photos Included
Floorplans Included

The price we will offer this service at will be 'From £795 inc VAT'

Id like to have an offer on the leaflet that instruction received in September/October 2018 will get the service for reduced price of £600 Including VAT.
