Brief de Design de Logo

New home builder- we build both traditional and contemporary homes. Our company name is Cairnwood Properties Inc. Although we want to brand the name "Cairnwood" and be able to add "Homes, Properties, Investments etc" into the logo at any time.

Our expertise is in designing great layouts, building beautiful homes in ALL price ranges and listening to needs of our customers to give them the exact home of their dreams.

We believe the following- Thoughts are things, if you dream it, you can achieve it and we have the ability to make something incredible out of nothing (vacant land, re-purposing existing structures). The name "Cairnwood" is also the name of my century owned family farm, 2 hours from where I operate my company. I am a female, which I do not want to be obvious in the the logo, but I bring the design element and the ability to listen and deliver on all needs and wants of the home buyer.

• Although these are different ends of the spectrum- I love "regal" scroll feel but I want our logo to feel modern and contemporary.
  
  This logo must be easily printed, embroidered as it will be used on jackets, sides of trucks, signage etc.
  
  Clean, simple but a design element. I want a "wow" factor and often get that with the "less is more" principle.
