Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo to avoid any copyright issues. I am part of a sports team - We play cricket for a local cricket league in Peoria, IL. Our team is called Rising Stars. We joined the local league last year and had some growing pains but this year through passion, perseverance and hard work, our team is living true to its name. We want the logo to reflect that. The uploaded image is of the logo we have been using on our T-shirts. While we like the blue and golden, we are open to other colors.
