Brief de Design de Poster

We are looking for a poster design for our feature Film "One Day in May", based on the autobiographic novel by lakovos Kambanellis.To understand the "vibe" we are looking for, here is a short description of the film:This powerful story is set inside the concentration camp of Mauthausen. What makes "One Day in May" so unique is the fact that al heart of the story sits the liberation of the camp by the Americans in May 1945. For thousands of inmates the day of liberation was the end of their suffering, but they had to stay for their own good. Their return home needed to be organized and staying outside the camp was even more dangerous than inside. So it is spring time and life returns to the most de-humanizing place the face of the earth has ever seen. But this lime it returns with its hunger and thirst for love and joy."One Day in May" tells the story of two lovers who meet in the days following the liberation. Their courtship and its consummation are set within the soft spring beauty. But the couple makes love in a machine-gun turret from which guards fired frantically just days before. They walk down the steps of a stone-quarry where most of the workers lasted no longer than a month. It is the juxtaposition of the romantic with the grotesque, the painful with the humorous that will give this film its unique and powerful tone. "One Day in May" tells the journey from total de-humanization back to life and back to freedom. And it is the depiction of previously unknown and never before documented circumstances of the Holocaust.Unfortunately, we dont have pictures of the main characters, but in the upload files you can see two examples we made ourselves. The important thing for us is that the poster will not only show the horrors of the holocaust, but rather the positive aspect of hope, life and love, that grows despite everything.You don't necessarily need to use the pictures we uploaded, it's just for inspiration.
