Brief de Design de Logo

We are a well-established operator of organic bread shipping for customers in Germany. The assortment predominantly offers high-quality baked goods (bread, rolls and pastries) of the highest organic quality. The customers are between 35-70 years old who are in the mood for good and high-quality baked goods. The reference to the lion's head in the existing logo refers to the name bioLöwe and the location of bioLöwe. The head office is in Germany, Braunschweig the lion city. This reference should be kept, if possible, and we should be open to new proposals. We want a noble logo which has a relation to the topic of organic bread shipping. The logo (symbol) should also be able to stand without the name "" bioLöwe. The font should not be too filigree, so it can also be used for print media in the future. The possible new colors of the entire logo should be modern, dignified and appealing. eg gold, gray, etc. We could well imagine a kind of coat of arms with lion's head. This is not a condition.
