Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for a festival that is centered around the biggest day in harness horse racing which is being held in the horse racing capital of the world, Lexington, Kentucky. The festival will feature food trucks, live music, a beer garden, live harness racing, and other fun activities. The event is inspired by the county fairs of the 70's and 80's.

For reference, the event was originally named the Victory Song Festival. Attached is a draft of the event poster with the former logo at the top. We intend to place this new logo in the same position as the former logo.
