Brief de Design de Logo
We need a revised logo design for Ohme Gardens, a non-profit in the city of Wenatchee, centered in the State of Washington. The Gardens are a nine-acre wooded garden towering over the hillside above the Columbia River. The final design should have a modern feel and timeless color that invites visitors to the Gardens. Abstract pictorial stand alone mark with text.
Ohme Gardens is a nine-acre wooded garden perched on the hilltop above Wenatchee, Wash. Our Gardens feature a nine-acre wooded oasis featuring panoramic views of the great Columbia River and the Wenatchee Valley. Meander under our towering pine and fir trees on our one-mile native stone walking paths along lush plantings, waterfalls and serenity pools. The Gardens were founded in 1929 and Ohme Gardens will be celebrating its 90th Anniversary in 2019.

Logo Designers, Please note we are looking for an original logo mark that is modern and abstract. A image of a real tree as you see it, will not be a final contender. Most of the trees on our property are tall thin pine trees. Please see the NEW image I have posted to the project (pinetrees_Ohme.jpg). The mark doesn't and shouldn't show the outline of a tree, the final mark should be abstract symbol and stand alone from the text.

- Must have a modern abstract clean friendly look, it must be scalable (large or tiny). It must work on light backgrounds and work reversed onto dark backgrounds. The logo mark must an "original mark" and stand alone from the text in the logo. !!! DEADLINE 8-19-18 for design committee review at Ohme Gardens!!!
Bien d'avoir
- I like the clean font style of Bloedel and other logo and simplified symbol samples attached (files attached). Bloedel may be a little too thin and may need to be bit more bold.
Ne doit pas comporter
- A busy design with lots of lines colors with a dated look. Clip art logo marks will not be considered, the mark must be an original.
