I didn't give any feedback for any of your designs because all of them are very weak. You can't improve a logo if there is nothing to improve, sorry.
Trying to improve each one of 230+ designs I received would be just a waste of time: mine and the designer's.

The problem is PERSPECTIVE. What is the meaning of weak for you and what is the meaning of good or great for you I do not know. And by not explaining what is a great design for you is only your loss. None of the designers can read your mind. And by not leading the way, you are not helping yourself. All those that submitted designs, have already wasted some time and only one won't waste it since that is going to be the winner.
You want a great design but you do not want to work with the designers.
