Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a fresh modern T-shirt design for my guys in the field we are a commercial audio video service and installation company. Our main customer base is sports bars and restaurants. I hadn’t people to know who my guys are in a sea of construction workers. My logo is attached the company name is J & G Design Group. The name can be on the shirt or not no real preference but some sort of J&G needs to be on there the logo is not overly important. No phone number or contact info is wanted these are more for the ability to quickly pick my guys out of a crowd more than anything.
