Our state fo the art technology uses portable breathalyzer that bluetooths to our E-Cell AMP app installed on smartphones both iphone and android
to monitor 24/7 sobriety. We use biometrics, video checkins, agency notifications,Gps tracking. Low cost method for judicial authorities to see more information for enhanced monitoring and supervision, to have a much better sense of where their offenders go, behavioral patterns and potential downfalls to their sucess. This data can assist officials in assessing and influencing the criminogenic environment of each offender.
