Brief de Design de Logo
We are a small but growing real estate team in a higher end area. Until now, the only branding that has been done is with a picture of the agent and his wife who is also on the 3 person team (me being third). We would like to have a logo that can be used on signs, promotional products and ads. The logo can be simple or complex but recognizable when standing alone, or when using our tag line "Get More Kash-At Closing!". When standing alone, the logo should give some indication that we are a residential real estate company. That being said, we don't just want a roof on top of the words although within the logo design is fine. We would like a two color logo in three different variations. Red (CMYK or Pantone® 200) and black over clear; Black and white over Red (CMYK or Pantone® 200) and white and Red (CMYK or Pantone® 200) on black.
