Brief de Design Graphique
We are a boutique real estate company looking for a catchy but elegant design for sale sign that will be hung on the exterior walls of properties. We are based in a touristic coastal destination so I'm open to changing the colours of my existing logo to fit the design concept. I am waiting to receive the original logo artwork and can upload later. The sign will have the logo along with the following text: For Sale . Se Vende . +34 952 93 93 00 +34 627 93 93 35 Ref:

Hello again and thank you for your continued efforts. Some of the submitted designs I feel are really on the right track and I look forward to seeing how my feedback fuels the creative changes.
One thing I should have made more clearer in the original brief is the following:
1. We are a Spanish company and Se Vende means For Sale in Spanish so these two must have equal importance in the design.
2. This sign will measure 100 x 70 cms and needs to stand out and be bold to be visible to cars and people passing by and attract their attention.
3. A lot of the designs were missing the Ref: _______ which is the unique Reference Number we give to each property and need to be able to write this on every sign so please find a place to include not only the words Ref: but also space after it so we can write the number.
4. As a general rule, I don't like shadows/shading and icons or stock photos in any design.
