low star ratings do not encourage designers, to submit more designs.
they count against a designers overall rating so what would be the point.
A simple thanks for your time and effort, its not what im looking for would be a better approach,
or simply eliminate the designs you dont like.

Your tactic to put one star without feedback obviously does not work. You have only 118 suggestions. Other competitions reach 400-500 designs. But the choice is yours.

Hi, I didn't realise the stars were seen by others, I was just using this for my own scale. Have now changed it as the ones with a star I liked.

Hi, I didn't realise that these stars went anywhere except to me, and ones with stars are ones I like, so I have obviously been using the wrong system. I have now changed those which had 1 star and feel very embarrassed. Thank ypu for pointing this out to me.
