Brief de Design de Flyer

Contemporary Homes Marbella are a specialist estate agency focussed solely on selling modern and contemporary homes.

We need an A4 folded flyer to be designed so that Contemporary Homes Marbella can leaflet drop all of the modern homes for sale in our area to generate new instructions / listings. We need to engage with owners of those types of homes by posting this marketing material through their letter boxes in the hope that they see our funky and modern design and decide to call us about our services to sell their home, if for sale.

We would like to see sharp lines and a modern design (see our logo for style and colour scheme), with lots of white spaces and using photos which can blend in to the background to provide a powerful and impacting image to set us aside from any other direct mail leaflets which may be in their post box. It needs to show
