Brief de Design de Logo

FINOLEM is a consulting company, that focuses on the solution of problems. Often processes, services and products are not performing properly, because of various reasons. Finolem is specialized in finding the real root cause of the problem, no matter where it is located and finds a way to solve the pending issues. Often teams are not cooperating with each other, the issues and clears the situation with care and persistence. The form we impact the consulted company is a classical consaulting approach, but also by interim management. Therefore we coach Managers as well as leaders and owners to bring their team and company at the road of success. Reorganizing teams, restructuring and modest processes and workshops. Main topics are, efficiency, people development, clear processes with clear resonsibilities, digitization of business model. The cooperation between the customer and Finolem should be based on trust and the willingness to do things different to the past. Finolem wants to be the "wise person" to be asked for help and advise, although Finolem appears dynamic and innovative.
