Brief de Design de Panneau

We need a design for our PTA sign (24”x60”) that is going next to a table (attached is an image of the sign)

I'd like the color scheme to royal blue in the website below and I've attached a few of our school logos.

The most important thing is the words pop and is easy to read from far away.
