Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Texas. We are a for profit business selling products with a portion of the proceeds going to aid human trafficking victims in Nepal. Our initial product will be t-shirts, but we will be expanding from there. We'd like to see colorful and creative designs using the wings of a phoenix, if possible. The final design should communicate possibility, hope, transformation, and growth.
