Brief de Design Graphique

We currently have a tablet that is used to take customer information. We are looking for an update to the design of our main page. Please see the screenshot below so you can understand the scope. The section at the bottom/middle that has the logo is currently something we upload so we'd like to keep that area as a place holder. We'd like a fresh, inviting look to the page and we are also looking to include an "Allstate" logo/theme as it's a partnership between Allstate and the brand/company in the place holder. (The white circle at the top with dots changes as user hits next as there are 5 pages similar to this one. We only need an overarching design for the screen, not 5 individual screens)
