Brief de Design de Logo

We need a updated logo for a nursing consultation company that has been in business since 1976. We partner with human service organizations to train unlicensed staff in the health care needs of clients with disabilities. We work with staff and clients in group home and day program settings to coordinate clients' health care and ensure that direct care staff have the policies, procedures, and training needed to safely care for clients with intellectual disabilities, brain injury, and mental illness.
We want our updated logo design to evoke partnership and NOT focus on the medical aspect of our services (no medical symbols please). We are interested in a more abstract design and do NOT want images of people holding hands or hand shaking. We were interesting in intersection lines or a basket weave image to represent the partnership of two companies coming together to serve.
Our primary color is navy blue but would like a lighter blue to be used as well to represent the partnership of two companies. We would like the overall design to be rectangular (i.e., the image next to the text instead of floating above it).
