Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo for a new air bnb/short term rental management company.

The company is based in Calgary, Alberta and provides building/condo owners with an effortless and hands free experience.

The company only services local housing, so images and colours can be pulled from Alberta/Calgary - such as the the Calgary skyline which features iconic images such as the saddle dome stadium and the Calgary tower. Other images that could possibly work are mountains/wheat fields/the colour red. I believe my preference would be the calgary skyline however - as it would represent the city and the industry.

Because it is property management - naturally people will think of houses and keys - I would like to avoid these standard/traditional images - and go with unique/custom images.
