Brief de Design de Logo
Global Performance Media is a video/media company based in San Francisco. When the company started, we focused on filming artists and creating videos for internal corporate communications needs. We have since moved on to working on documentary film, videos for non-profit organizations and would like to work with more corporate clients.
As we change, we would also like our logo to change. We are looking for something simple, sophisticated and unique.
Our business card currently incorporates a flower. I’m interested in having a pictorial combination logo incorporating a flower (however we are open to other ideas), illustrating that we bring people’s ideas to life. We like to work from concept development to final product and we specialize in bringing complex ideas (for example business to business technology content, or new environmental findings) to light in a way that is entertaining and accessible.
Once we have the logo, we will be redesigning our website. Here is a link to the current site – www.globalperformancemedia.com.
The current logo colors are black and blue. We are open to changing those colors. Ideally the logo design would work in two colors, as well as in black only. I prefer to keep the text in sans sarif and the words all the same size - so the pictorial image could be incorporated into the word or included above or on the side.
While our target market may be more technical in nature, we'd like the logo to have an artistic flare.

I've had a cold for over a week now, so sorry if some of my feedback has been on the slow side. There are a few designers that have submitted ideas that I am interested in seeing revised. So I'd like to extend the deadline for a few additional days.
