Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for pm company in boston area. We work as agents for property owners of multi family homes. Visit our website: http://bbpm2014.wix.com/buildingblockspm

So, the idea with the name is that we are "building blocks" with our property management services. Giving properties the attention that landlords can not, either because of their busy schedule, careers, maybe they are elderly, live out of state or just dont want to be bothered. But giving properties the attention which will improve neighborhoods and increase property values.

The design should communicate a sense of community. Boston strives to be a community oriented city and that is what I would like to depict.

We like the idea of multiple homes (maybe diff colors) to depict a block , then maybe a hammer to visualize that they are being built. Like the "@" sign. The homes would be in the circle the at the very top where circle closes there would be a hammer over it. This idea is not exclusive im looking for a variety of concepts, this is just one.

I have attached a word doc entitled "love this" , I pasted examples of logos that I like. The logos with homes are the ones I like based on the above. I esp love this first one with the little houses that are diff colors. The other logos without homes are just color ideas I liked. :)
