Brief de Design Application

I have an existing C# Forms application. The current GUI design format is Win 95 style forms. I would like to elevate the look of the software.

There are a total of six forms. Apart from two forms at 1024 X 600, the others are of different sizes. I am open to resizing them depending on the design.

I am attaching the user manual of the product to give you a better idea of what the application does. The manual also contains screenshots of individual screens. I am open to sharing the C# source files if needed.
