Brief de Design de Logo

AWPL, an IT company, is planning to launch a new range of products called the Pencil Suite. The Pencil Suite itself comprises of various Pencils which are, simply put, software developed for the Insurance and Banking Industry. Currently, AWPL is looking for a logo for the product set named ‘Pencil’.

The idea behind calling the software/product ‘Pencil’ is that it is as easy as using a Pencil. To summarise it is easy to use, quick to implement and brings together a lot of expertise of insurance and banking into software – making it something a banker or insurer can just pick up and start using.

The concept of ‘Pencil’ is a groundbreaking methodology with regard to quick implementation of complex software that manages internal business processing for banks and insurance. The projects that would take about a year to be implemented and required trmendous customisation, can now be implemented within 8 weeks. That is the power of AWPL's Pencil series.

There are many 'Pencils' in the Pencil Box. ‘Pencil’ is available in a number of variations for different departments of banks and insurance companies. ‘Pencil’ gives employees of a bank or insurance company control over his internal processing by providing automation and enterprise digitization. e.g. of different 'Pencil' are 'New Business Pencil', ' Claims Pencil', etc. Though we need two variations of the logo 1> Only 'Pencil' 2> 'NB Pencil' and so on.

The tag line for Pencil is – Manage Cases Better
The tag line indicates that ‘Pencil’ gives bankers and insurers the capability to easily handle customer cases and deliver optimum customer satisfaction.

The final logo must depict ease, speed, accuracy and simplicity.
