Do you need coding or just PSD only? any reference website for inspiration?

I need coding files with the image files. I do not understand any design wording... Sorry.
I used to be a system engineer so I know HTML and system languages only...

I am not really good at design so I do not have any preference.
But I would like the colors to be green and blue rather than red and pink.

I am not looking to use wordpress or any tool at the moment.
I am thinking to put the offered files on my WEB site via Amazon web services.
So the files should be "simply works" files..... I do not know if this answers your questions.

No. We do not need custom cms.
