Brief de Design de Logo
We are Realtors looking for a logo for general use in our advertising on flyers, bus benches, mail-outs, notepads, signs, website, etc. We would like something creative and unique - unlike the other real estate logos that we are used to seeing - with an outline of a house incorporated in a letter of someone's name (for example). Whether this is with our entire names; "Ryan and Sheri MacDonald" or just with our initials "R S" is up to the designer and what they think will work better. Our website is www.RyanandSheri.com. Flexible on colours, but would like option to adjust if we don't like it.

We like some of the designs we see, but are looking for a little more creativity and "Wow" factor/pizazz! As a reference for a logo we like, you can look at the following website: http://www.mendozateam.com/ - in particular, "The Mendoza Team" logo in the top left corner of the homepage - we really like this logo and the look of it.
As another suggestion, we would like to see a branding iron branding the word "SOLD" incorporated into our names (Ryan and Sheri MacDonald) as a logo.
