Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands that's called Haasbroek Rental Homes. This company offers rental properties, both apartments and houses, for rent to expat professionals who relocate to the Netherlands. The rental properties are fairly expensive so the logo needs to send the message that this is a 'high end' business. We want to convey a sense of trust and elegance in a smart modern (non-fussy and definitely not old fashioned) style. It should not be cheap looking, funny or gimmicky. We would like to see the colours blue and white used - the blue should be a mid range blue (not navy or light blue). We like the idea of using an outline of a typical Dutch canal house (tall and narrow house) next to, or as part of, the "H" of Haasbroek.
