Brief de Design Graphique

I am looking for a graphic design template for sports action photos. This needs to be simple enough that someone without expertise in Photoshop (use this program) can upload an image into a layer or what not and export the file for use.

The file needs to be 1280x720 and MUST incorporate the attached RAYS graphic in some form or fashion. How is up to you.

Orbitron and DinPro are the two fonts I want to have used in the design. It can be one or it can be both.

Ideally - this template can be used for multiple graphics using similar action shots. Athlete of the Week or Athlete of the Year are two examples.

One other note - the RAYS graphic needs to be incorporated somehow and it would be good to be able to interchange the coloring. The file uploaded is blue but we'd like to be able to match the colors to other photos or pull coloring from other parts of the image.

The image or action shot must not be cut out or altered other than to have certain styles applied. As mentioned above this would need to be updated by someone with limited Photoshop knowledge.
