Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo and business cards for a new company, not yet active, based in Melbourne Australia. Videre Group will be a consulting project management/superintendency company focused on providing a premium consultancy service within the property sector. Videre is Latin for "too see". Our focus is: to listening to the client needs, to understand the clients vision and to tailor a delivery which truly meet their expectations and drivers. We endeavor to provide a bespoke service in what is commonly a cookie cutter service industry. Our target sectors are Education, Residential and Commercial. We would like our logo to be strong with class; and bold whilst promoting gender equality. We have done some research on the types of colours we would like to incorporate, and have attached them for reference (2x Options). We are not fixed on these colours but do like them.
