Brief de Design de Logo

Goldie Tech Investment Limited is a well established family owned and run business operating in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea since 1989. As part of taking the business to the next level, we are redoing our branding/corporate identity.

We currently carry out two core business activities servicing corporate clients in the commercial and industrial sectors:
1. Electrical - new installations and maintenance work
2. Construction - mostly commercial & industrial, some residential

We are looking to add the following business activities in near future:
1. IT consulting
2. Property development - business/industrial park, residential complexes, low cost housing
3. Retail of hardware, construction supplies and flat pack furniture & kitchens

Due to our diverse range of business activities we would like a "generic" corporate identity logo, which does not confine us to any one of the aforementioned activities.

Our thoughts on the design of the logo:
- Logo should be fresh, modern, uncluttered, flat and simple. Think icons for Windows 8 and IOS 7 apps for example.
- Must use our corporate colours red and gold
- Logo image should represent continuity i.e. continued growth and success
- Logo image could be a trio of something to represent the founders' three children now running the company together
- Logo image could be the acronym for our company name 'Gti' where the lower cased 't' is a subtle crucifix to represent the faith of the company's founders
- Logo text to be 'GoldieTech'
- Logo must be print-ready e.g use CMYK colours only, design size of 1200 x 1000 (300 DPI), transparent background, centred
- Logo will be used in printed material, websites, signage (car, building) and possibly embroidered on company uniforms.

Once the logo is finalised, the next design project will require multiple deliverables of business card, photo ID card and letterhead design incorporating the new logo.
