do you need coded website or just PSD

I am not very tech savvy, what is the difference? I am hoping to get a functional website

I just looked it up...I need to check with DesignCrowd to see what is included in the package...but it looks like a psd would be developed first and then converted.

Then you need both design and code.
Any specific platform?like wordpress,just HTML/CSS,..

I just added some additional information/potential direction for the website...most have been very busy...looking for something a bit more clean, minimalistic, Armani style...please take a look and provide me with your thoughts and feedback.

I want to thank everyone for their submission some great work. I have uploaded two pages to the brief as to how I want the site to look. The first part will have four images (slide show) kudos to Murry. then I cut and paste parts of submissions that I like to complete the other areas of the website, however I need a designer to make it all look as if it belongs...make as one. Sometimes I provided two or three visuals that I like. You will select which one you feel will make the design most appealing (again, to both men and women). I have also uploaded the logo..which may have to change color to be a part of the website. Thank you very much
