Brief de Design de Logo

We are a consulting company who helps develop management and safety systems for companies. Currently, we specialize in the biodiesel industry and are called Biodiesel Quality Systems, but we are rebranding to be able to work with other industries, so we need a new logo.

We would like to incorporate color but don't have anything specific in mind. Since we are females in a male-dominant industry, we don't mind standing out a bit by being a little feminine, but we still need to be seen as an expert as we will be providing consulting services on developing and maintaining their management and safety systems of their companies/labs/factories, etc.

We don't want something overly elaborate, but again we want it to be memorable. We have seen some logos with a watercolor look and don't mind those but we are open to other designs. Thank you!
