Brief de Design de Bannière

I need someone to design me a `wanted` banner advert to be placed in various weekly/monthly classic car media publications. The approximate dimensions of the banner are to be no more than 40mm (H) x 110mm (L). The theme I am looking for is of a simple lighthearted/humorous animation of a man sitting in a convertible classic car. The car must have wire wheels and the man must have a flat cap on. The only colours to be used are yellow, black and/or navy blue. The animation is to form the full banner/advert - i.e., no squared off borders. The side of the car should incorporate the wordings, `www.Ibuyanyclassic.co.uk` followed by (preferably underneath) `Freephone 0800 123 12345`. If you can squeeze my name in (James) then that would be a bonus, but not essential. I`m open to various font styles but they must be clearly legible and prominent whilst being classy, stylish and/or retro. To obtain this I would have thought the design/car would most definitely have to be sideways on. Please feel free to contact me if I`ve forgotten something or you need some more information.
