Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new litigation law firm in South Florida. We represent individuals and corporations in court and have a specialty in representing victims of investment fraud. I am looking for a very catchy logo that is fresh and unique. I am a huge Sci-Fi fan, especially Star Trek and Star Wars, so text that evokes that feel I would be open to. The colors I have in mind are silver and orange (burnt orange, copper orange). I an trying to convey a strong and modern approach to protect and defend my clients.
