Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new woodworking company in PA. I offer custom residential woodworking solutions such as cabinets, built-in bookcases, new furniture and repair, as well as create custom home decor items. I want prospective clients to feel like the business delivers, classy, precise, high quality products and services. I was thinking that a porkpie hat some where in the logo is classy along with clean fonts, that don't resemble a baseball team's logo. I am leaning toward black, grey and white colors. I will want the logo in .jpg, .png, and .ai formats. I will use the logo on business cards, invoices, clothing, website, linked in, etc. The design should communicate class. Please do not put gradient in the logo.
