We are looking for an illustration to use for our "Pennies for Prevention" child abuse prevention fundraising campaign. The slogan for the campaign is "It begins with change...". Our detailed vision of the campaign follows in the must have section.

- We would like a Norman Rockwell-esque picture of a little boy on tiptoes looking down a wishing well into which he has dropped some change/made a wish. The change hitting the pool at the bottom of the well will show ripples (the effect of his wish/change).
