Develop a modern and professional logo design for DataStork that showcases the company’s expertise and experience. We’re looking for a tech-oriented design that will stand out. It should be easy to integrate on a website and in social media profiles, print graphics in b/w and colors.

DataStork is a young and ambitious software development and sourcing startup that prides itself in its team of world-class software engineers. We provide software solutions to both fellow startups and small and medium enterprises with an ambition to take on bigger clients with more complex projects. We stand out through our professionalism, expertise and our state-of-the-art software solutions, as well as our potential for growth. Our logo needs to visually speak of this and appeal to higher level executives, while simultaneously alluding to the fact the company’s focus is exciting, high-quality software. DataStork’s focus are Big Data and Cloud projects.

• Elements to consider: The Stork
• The stork is an important part of our brand and we would love to see it as an element integrated into the logo design. We would consider options that don’t contain a visual representation of a stork, but would prefer to see more that do. The intended symbolism relates to one of the company’s main focuses – Big Data. The stork is a harbinger of good news as is DataStork – we pull out important insights from a client’s accumulated Data and bring her good news. We apply the same care and precision in our work that a stork does while building a nest or hunting for frogs.

• Other elements: Other elements to consider are stylized visualizations relating to either cloud computing or Big Data.
• Colors: We are hesitating between blue and orange as main colors with an option for the combination of the two. Designers can suggest appropriate color schemes/exact shades, keeping in mind our preference. Different nuances can be included as part of a color scheme or black/white and shades of grey.
