Brief de Web Design

We need an interactive website designed that for new company. Our company is in the Automotive fleet maintenance business. We have wide ranging customers in many industries e.g Aviation industry, construction industry, transportation etc.
We would like the website to have login accounts where customers can register, login and access their service history. Also we would like to have an appointment system where customers could schedule appointments, once appointments are made that time would no longer be available to be selected as it would be booked etc.

The website should also be updatable and provide areas for showcasing

• Customer login set up so a database of customer vehicle maintenance history as well as the ability to schedule repairs via their account. They could also check the status of a repair.

• Photo gallery to show case current projects.
  Our customers page where we can show case our clients they could also post their events on there, promotions etc.
  
  
  The theme Should be something that's reflective of our core business; fleet maintenance. It would be nice to capture some sort of background in there that depicts some of that for example mixer trucks, tractors,loaders excavators forklifts cars trucks. That's what we deal with. It's up to the designer to capture the Essence of this as much as possible. Impress me.
