Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo to represent my new personal training business called ellexelle. Its predominantly aimed at corporate women but I don't want to narrow my logo too much. I want to to convey movement, power, and strength whilst being professional and classic in style. I like navy as a strong colour? and maybe gold? I do not like pinks or "girly" colours. I would not like a logo containing a dumbbell etc as I may want to combine the company with life coaching in the future and do not want to pigeonhole the logo. I like the hashtag #we do this, but I'm not sure if that should be in the logo. Open to ideas. I'd like to be able to scale the logo for use elsewhere.
