Brief de Design de Flyer

We are looking to "refresh" some of our collateral, including flyer templates we use with clients to promote a featured offer. I am providing 3 versions of the current template we are using (key difference is the photo used in each) to promote our $ off savings offer. The featured offer and call-to-action should stand out on the page.

I am also attaching our brand guidelines with font and color palette as well as literature and advertising layout examples. We don't need to stick with the examples provided so feel free to be creative.
