Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo for our new in-house leadership program we are calling "V2: Creating the New Volunteers of America."
We are doing this for the following reasons:
• Employees have asked for it
• We have a strategic imperative to be a learning organization
• Want people to be able to grow as individuals, within teams, and for the larger organization
• Ultimately we want to build culture. The culture we desire to create: 1) Values learning; 2) Inspires innovation; 3) Insists on transparent communication; 4) Is intentional about diversity, equity and inclusion; 5) Actively promotes collaboration; and 6) Is a safe place to share and take risks.

- We'd like the logo to have an innovative feel - suggesting change is coming. One person had suggested something like a V with spraypainted 2...that doesn't have to be where we land, but we are looking for something that is innovative.
