Brief de Design Graphique

We need a National Conference Graphic in two sizes/orientations for our upcoming National Conference. This is not the logo for the association. We already have a logo for the association. See the attachment for an example of last year's national conference graphic image.

One of the images will be used un an 8.5 x 11 orientation for the cover of our Event Cover and also be used as the image on a 5.5" x 8.5" mailed post card.

The other image needs to be 2000 x 685 pixels and will be used as a header across the top of our website.

We already have a background picture we want to use (sail boats in San Deigo Harbor) and a theme (Chart Your Course to Success). But, we need to be able to incorporate our Association Brand which is missing from this Save the Date. Logo variations attached. I would like to see two logo variations. One using the color logo and the other using the white or black logo.

The theme of the Conference is "Chart Your Course for Success". The date of the conference is February 11-13, 2019 and the location is San Diego, CA. These elements should be present in the design.

Our Brand Font is Avenir but I am open to using an alternative font. I have also attached a logo color palatte.
