Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design / logo app design for a new company and app we are launching called "UrbanKiddie." This app connects local families. Everything is about this being local - connecting with similar people who live nearby and helping build community.
A VERSION OF YOUR DESIGN NEEDS TO LOOK GOOD ON YOUR PHONES SCREEN AS AN APP
The Urban Kiddie app is a members-only online community for families expecting their first child or who already have children. The group connects expecting or current moms and dads within local neighborhoods in the world for advice and camaraderie regarding pregnancy, toddlers, kids, preteens or teenagers. It also locally connects families to others with similar age children (babies or bumps) so they have someone to experience each stage of development with, seek advice, meet up, and organize playdates (and wine for adults!).

DESIGN ELEMENTS: I would like to go for sleek, modern and businesslike. You can look at my other company website for ideas: www.lndnmums.com
BLACK AND GRAY MOSTLY, if hints of color please make it shades of pink or blue like boy/girl baby.
Symbols should be those representing: COMMUNITY, LOCAL, NEIGHBORHOOD, FAMILY, FRIENDSHIPS, MAKING CONNECTIONS, PARENTING, BABIES AND CHILDREN

• Must say "Urban Kiddie" and have some sort of icon/picture integrated into the logo.
• NOT KIDSIE/no bright colors and crazy outlines of families with 5 people, that is too much this should be professional

Bien d'avoir

• Modern, sleek, smooth, professional, not too big / expansive
• Maybe a city silluette made out of young parents and kids stuff ? What if font for the project was like font written by a kid? Must be legible though! Just ideas, you are the professional!!
