Brief de Design de T-shirt

We are wanting a tshirt that goes along with our "wired for growth" theme. Please base the designs off of the attached images.

Please refer to Southwire's products located on our website when designing the wires for the tree and the actual tree we are modeling this after (attached). http://industrial.southwire.com/en/cablespec/

This will be a pocketed tee. The Southwire U logo will go on the tshirt pocket and the 'wired for growth" tree will go on the back.

I would really prefer to have the design match the sketch attached but I am open to other designs as well.
