Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our startup company based in Berlin, who focused in Web Solutions for High Quality Customers in the area of Tourist and Travel; we develop Web-Sites, Web-Apps and support the web operations of Intranet. The company´s name is Smart&Tech, however the identity should be transferable to (adaptable) to our main product which is called "SmartService".
SmartService presents a new way to interact with "in House" services at your hotel. From any Computer or mobile device the customer is able to buy any service from the hotel, from the room service, to laundry or reservations at the best locals in the city. At the same time, the visitor will have access to all the relevant hotel information, such as breakfast time with pictures and descriptions, wet area etc.

The logo should represent and transfer three important elements of our product.
- Innovative
- Intuitive
- Elegant and modern solution

We would like to see transparencies and degraded, but anyhow it must be modern, simple, and clear, the colors are not decided yet.
Please we are looking for something different, something special but ELEGANT the name of the company is Smart&Tech, we have a Slogan, "Be Smart", we could try it on the Logo but we are not so sure if it would be too much, because like we´ve said we want it clear and Simple. So that the option remains open.
There is also in the future some products that are going to be represented by the Smart like the iPhone, iPad or iMac, smartweb for example or smartapp.
We would really appreciate a very ingenious and not corporate common boring design. Open the mind and take the risk!!!!
Thank you in advance. It´s also worthy to mention, that we are looking forward to give the winner some other projects, as long as our startup develops.
