Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company in Valdez Alaska. We will be offering offload Safari type Tours and Adventures.

Looking for something very similar in colors and concept to the Maui Off-Road logo attached. Mainly Greens, blues, bottom tire tracks through some grey and brown representing dirt, waterfalls, spruce trees instead of Palm trees in pic, some relish pink ash orangish sun over the top, maybe some snow capped peaks vs green to the top of the mountains. Would like the bottom text to be written through off road tire type background like attached image of tire tracks. they would serve as the background for the bottom text of OFF-ROAD and below that ADVENTURES....disregard the one with the word TOURS.
