Brief de Design de Logo

InSeats.com is a premiere online ticket broker, providing tickets to thousands of concerts, sporting events and theatre shows.

We are redesigning our logo in order to establish a new look and feel, and are looking for a new mark to use.

Your job will be designing this base logo mark that we can then take and polish up with colors/gradients/etc...

To be clear: all logo submissions should be black and white only. Any designs submitted that include graphical style treatment (such as gradients, flares, colors, etc.) will be rejected.

The logo mark should be professional without feeling stale or boring & should convey a sense of trust.

It should be flexible & simple as it will be used in a variety of settings, including the website, business cards, t-shirts, stickers, etc... It should be provided in a high-res format to accommodate this.

I've attached the old logo just for reference.
